The BARDEX® I.C. BARD® Tray contains everything required to either catheterise or re-catheterise, allowing optimisation of clinical practice and reduction of risk to the patient in one handy pack. The BARDEX® I.C. Anti-Infective Latex Foley Catheter with BARD® hydrogel  and BACTI-GUARD®* silver alloy coating, is available preconnected to your choice of collection system, with a tamper-evident seal at the catheter/drainage tube junction – reducing the risk of infection with a ‘true closed system’.1

Tray Components

Items contained ‘All in One’ place in the BARDEX® I.C. BARD® Tray:

  • One empty 10mL syringe to deflate the balloon during re-catheterisation
  • One prefilled 10mL syringe of sterile water to inflate the newly inserted catheter balloon
  • BARDEX® I.C. anti-infective latex Foley catheter with BACTI-GUARD®* silver alloy coating and BARD® hydrogel preconnected to your choice of collection system
  • Protective waterproof sheet and fenestrated drape
  • Two pairs of latex free gloves
  • Cleansing solution and gauze
  • Apron for the healthcare professional
  • STATLOCK® Foley Stabilisation Device
  • Syringe of lubricating gel
