The PureWick™ Female External Catheter is the first catheter to address the need for a simple, non-invasive urine management solution for women. The PureWick™ Female External Catheter is a flexible and contoured catheter that is positioned between the labia and gluteal muscles, remaining completely external. PureWick™ Female External Catheter is connected to a wall vacuum system, operating on low-pressure and continuous suction, pulling urine away from the body into a collection cannister. Therefore, lowering the risk of patient infection.

Low-pressure suction wicks away the urine through the soft material minimising the risk of skin irritation and urine leakage.

Reduces the need for indwelling Foley catheterisation and therefore minimises the risk of CAUTI’s.
